If you cannot reach our nominated repairers you are entitled to contact another qualified tradesperson to carry out the repairs. The Tenant must meet the cost of all services by tradespeople where it is deemed not to be an emergency or where it is deemed to have stemmed from Tenant neglect. Determination of the cause of the problem will rest with the repairer.
